Items can be delivere polished or powdercoated in colour black RAL 9005. Other finishings or colours can be made upon request with min. quantity of 2000 pcs and invoice of relevant cost.

Ex works Montichiari

a) Must be effected with the agreed terns.
b) Payment make to persons, which have not our written authorisation, are not valid.
c) Cheques must be entered to us and must be "not transferable", also if they will be given directly to our commissioner.
d) Any deductions from invoice totals will not be accepted without written consent from Normalien, by way of a credit note.
e) Eventual disputes don't give any right to suspension of payment.
f) On payment effected after the agreed terms will be applied delay's interest.
g) Agreed discount for cash payment must be calculated on the net amount, excepted taxes, packing and freight charges.

a) Goods travel on buyer's risk and peril also if they are free delivered.
b) If the shipping agent is not indicate on the purchase order, we will effect the delivery with the, for us, most suitable mean of trasportation without  any responsability from our side.

a) Orders will be dispatched on the warehouse's availabilities, without guarantee of balance.
b) Delivery times will be as indicated at time of placing your order.
c) They will not change unless due to unforeseen events beyond our control.

a) Return are not accepted unless agreed in writing prior to return.
b) Goods must be returned, in any case, free our work in Montichiari (Brescia) Italy.

a) We will replace or credit, at our discretion, item found faulty without any liability for expences or costs.

a) Shortages in delivery or faults should be notified to Normalien within 8 day from date of delivery.

a) If during the supplying will take place increases in cost of wages, row materials or any other item connected to the production, will be applied to the customer the relevant increase.

a) For any dispute will be competent court in Milan.

a) Dimensions and characteristics of the items described in this web site are not binding and can change in any time without notice.

a) Goods can be send back to us only after our written authorisation, free delivered, appropriately packed and with indication of number and date of our bill of delivery or invoice.
b) As soon as our quality dept, has checked the fitness of the goods sent back, we will recognize you credit as follows: under no circumstances will goods be accepted for return that are older than 6 months

In order to improve its production, NORMALIEN SPA can alter and vary its products with all the changes which it considers adeguate and at any time without forwarning.
We will legally proceed, without any notice if the content of this site will be used, even partilally, for any other purpouse.
