Il nostro impegno con Dash To
Sport, inclusione e sostenibilità.Normalien partecipa attivamente alle iniziative del movimento Dash To, sostenendo progetti che promuovono lo sport come veicolo di inclusione, sostenibilità e impatto sociale. Attraverso queste esperienze condivise, vogliamo contribuire a costruire una cultura del rispetto, della partecipazione e dell’accessibilità per tutti.
Il nostro percorso con Dash To continua, tappa dopo tappa, con la volontà di trasformare i nostri valori in azioni concrete:
- Dash To Livigno (21–23 marzo 2025): sport invernali tra neve e montagna
- Dash To Cortina (25–29 luglio 2025): una sfida multisport da Monza alle Dolomiti
- Dash To Verona (6 marzo 2026): pedalata collettiva da Brescia a Verona verso l’inaugurazione delle Paralimpiadi
Come afferma la nostra ambassador Serena Grimoldi: “Normalien sostiene Dash To perché ne condivide i valori di inclusività e sostenibilità. Per noi lo sport è un modo di comunicare inclusione e parità di genere, e Dash To è un mezzo efficace per farlo.”

Our virtuous ecosystem
From 2017 Normalien has been complying with AIA decree, an Italian authorization which strictly requires the compliance with National environmental prescription, including monitoring plans.Since 2018 we have implemented the Ethical Code, the Code of Conduct within the supply chain and the Sustainability Report.

Creating the best working conditions
Safety at workplace is of fundamental importance within the production facilities. Specific actions have been taken to ensure the best working conditions even in a foundry, according to the standard UNI EN ISO 45001:2018.
